PLC是在工业生产的需求下而产生的工具,PLC自身具有的可靠性是在工业生产中能够得到广泛应用的最主要因素。PLC的可靠性在一定程度上受到安装环境的影响,怎样降低安装环境各个因素对PLC可靠性的干扰是我们需要关注的问题,利用相关技术加强对外界干扰的防护措施是保证PLC控制系统安全稳定运行的重要举措。文中就对影响PLC可靠性的各种因素进行分析,并且对应的提出相关对策,以确保PLC控制系统的可靠运行。
PLC is a tool produced under the demand of industrial production. The reliability of PLC itself is the most important factor that can be widely used in industrial production. To some extent, the reliability of PLC is influenced by the installation environment.
