目的:研究微量地塞米松与抗病毒药合用对单疱感染的作用。方法:细胞培养和临床疗效分析。结果:微量地塞米松单独或与抗单疱病毒药联合应用,不会干扰单疱Ⅰ型病毒在Vero 和两型小鼠胚胎纤维母细胞在细胞培养中的抗病毒作用。以含0-001 % 地塞米松、无环鸟苷与三氮唑核苷为主要成分的疱疹灵滴眼液治疗28 例上皮型和74 例基质炎型单疱角膜炎,分别在5-7 ±1-7 日和23-4 ±4-9 日治愈,治愈率100 % 。结论:含微量地塞米松的复方抗单疱滴眼液在体外和临床上具有抑毒和抗炎双重效能,未发生明显的不良作用,临床疗效优于市售同类产品。该滴眼液的设计符合单疱角膜基质炎的病理机制。
Objective: To study the effect of dexamethasone combined with antiviral agent on the single-blister infection. Methods: Cell culture and clinical efficacy analysis. RESULTS: Dexamethasone alone or in combination with anti-herpes simplex virus did not interfere with the antiviral effect of herpes simplex virus type 1 virus in cell culture of Vero and both mouse embryonic fibroblasts. Herpes simplex eye drops containing 0-001% dexamethasone, acyclovir and ribavirin were used to treat 28 cases of epithelial and 74 cases of stromal keratitis. ± 1-7 days and 23-4 ± 4-9 days, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion: The compound anti-tuberculosis eye drops containing trace dexamethasone have the dual efficacy of anti-virus and anti-inflammatory both in vitro and in the clinic, and have no obvious adverse effect. The clinical curative effect is superior to that of similar products on the market. The design of this eye drops is in line with the pathogenesis of herpes simplex stroma.
