首先我讲讲为什么要组织编写这本《中国慢性疾病防治基层医师诊疗手册》。为基层医生写一部科学适用的诊疗手册,整个思路来源于(20世纪)60年代我刚进入医疗领域所读的《赤脚医生手册》。我读着毛主席626指示“把医疗卫生工作重点放到农村去”走进北京医学院(现北京大学医学部)。在主席号召下,当时有两个群众创造,党中央及时发现总结并实施了相应两项配套制度。一项是解决当时经费不足的合作医疗
First of all, let me explain why we should organize the preparation of this “Chinese Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment of Primary Physicians Handbook.” To write a scientific and suitable medical handbook for primary care doctors, the whole idea came from the “barefoot doctor’s handbook” that I just entered the medical field in the 1960s (20th century). I read Chairman Mao’s instruction of “626” and “put the focus of medical and health work in rural areas” into Beijing Medical College (now Peking University Health Science Center).
