目的探究行为干预配合健康教育对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及自我效能感的影响。方法将我院抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者90例随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予健康教育,研究组在对照组的基础上配合给予行为干预,比较两组干预效果。结果两组住院时间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),研究组睡眠质量、自我效能感及抑郁症状评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为干预配合健康教育能显著改善抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,提高其自我效能感,减轻其抑郁程度。
Objective To explore the effects of behavior intervention and health education on sleep quality and self-efficacy of patients with depression and sleep disorders. Methods Ninety patients with depression and sleep disturbance in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was given health education. The study group was given behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group, and the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The scores of sleep quality, self-efficacy and depression in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Behavioral intervention and health education can significantly improve sleep quality, improve self-efficacy and reduce depression in patients with depression and sleep disorders.
