目的比较甘草水提液、甘草酸体外抑制呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用。方法以病毒唑为阳性对照药物,用细胞病变抑制(CPEI)实验比较甘草水提液与甘草酸对RSV的体外抑制作用。结果甘草水提液半数中毒浓度(TC50)为5.1mg/ml,抑制RSV的半数有效浓度(EC50)为0.215mg/ml,治疗指数(TI)为23.72;甘草酸的TC50为0.47mg/ml,没有明显抑制RSV的作用。结论本研究发现甘草水提液在Hela细胞培养中对RSV有明显的抑制作用,而甘草酸则未见明显抑制作用,因此,甘草中可能存在其它抑制RSV的活性成分。
Objective To compare the effects of glycyrrhiza water extract and glycyrrhizin on the inhibition of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in vitro. Methods Ribavirin was used as a positive control drug. The inhibitory effects of aqueous extracts of Glycyrrhiza glabra and glycyrrhizic acid on RSV in vitro were compared with cytopathic inhibition (CPEI) assay. Results The half poison concentration (TC50) of licorice water extract was 5.1 mg/ml, the half effective concentration (EC50) of inhibiting RSV was 0.215 mg/ml, the therapeutic index (TI) was 23.72, and the TC50 of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.47 mg/ml. There was no apparent inhibition of the effects of RSV. Conclusion This study found that the extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch significantly inhibited RSV in Hela cell culture, while glycyrrhizic acid had no significant inhibitory effect. Therefore, there may be other active ingredients that inhibit RSV in Glycyrrhiza.
