目的探讨卵黄囊瘤(YST)的CT影像学特征。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的9例YST的CT表现,其中8例行平扫和增强扫描,1例行平扫检查。结果 YST位于卵巢6例,睾丸2例,胃小弯1例。CT表现为圆形或类圆形肿块,以囊实性为主,增强扫描肿瘤实质成分明显不均匀强化,并有逐步强化的特征。结论 YST的CT表现具有一定特征性,结合临床资料特别是血清甲胎蛋白(AFP),有助于提高对本病诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the CT imaging features of yolk sac tumor (YST). Methods The CT findings of 9 cases with pathologically confirmed YST were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 8 cases underwent plain scan and enhanced scan and 1 case underwent plain scan. Results YST was located in ovary in 6 cases, testicular in 2 cases, gastric curvature in 1 case. CT showed a round or oval-shaped mass, with cystic solid-based, enhanced scan of tumor parenchyma significantly heterogeneous enhancement, and gradually enhanced features. Conclusion The CT findings of YST have certain characteristics. Combined with clinical data, especially serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), it is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of this disease.
