伯胺和叔胺都属于胺类萃取剂,但在萃取性能方面,有时两者是不太一样的。如叔胺可从盐酸体系中萃取镓,铟、铊等金属元素,而伯胺却只能从硫酸体系中萃取镓、铟、铊,若在相反体系中,两者都不能很好萃取。伯胺可从硫酸体系中萃取镓、铟、铊的这一特性,尚未引起人们的注意,因此有关这方面文献报道甚少,目前仅见到苏联等人曾研究了Primene JM-T萃镓的可能性;日本渡道宽人等人报道了Primene JM—T萃铟的研究,而伯胺萃铊(Ⅲ)的研究尚未见报道。由于盐酸腐蚀性和刺激性,因此从硫酸体系中萃取镓、铟、铊更符合生产实际的需要。
Both primary amines and tertiary amines are amine-based extractants, but sometimes they are not the same in terms of extraction performance. Such as tertiary amines can be extracted from the hydrochloric acid system of gallium, indium, thallium and other metal elements, while the primary amine can only extract from the sulfuric acid system gallium, indium, thallium, if the opposite system, both are not well extracted. Primary amine extraction of gallium, indium, thallium from sulfuric acid system has not attracted any attention. Due to the corrosiveness and irritation of hydrochloric acid, extraction of gallium, indium and thallium from sulfuric acid system is more suitable for practical production.
