In recent years, China has stepped up its work style of government officials and state civil servants and strengthened their supervision and anti-corruption work. To strengthen anti-corruption efforts, of course, we need more inputs, which means that the state should devote more manpower, material and financial resources to fighting corruption. However, the resources of a country are limited after all. It is obviously unrealistic to set up a large number of task forces to take charge of this work. At this time, there is a problem. By what means can it not only affect our country’s anti-corruption work, but also effectively reduce the manpower, material and financial resources consumed by this work. Someone raised the question of whether the system of plea bargaining could be introduced into anti-corruption work. This article studies the feasibility of introducing anti-corruption work in plea bargaining system.
