随着转基因作物的快速发展,转基因食品的安全性成为广大民众关心的问题,转基因食品引起食物过敏的可能性是人们关注的焦点之一。目前,使用动物模型评价转基因作物的致敏性,是国际上研究和开发的热点领域,本文就转基因食品致敏性评价啮齿类动物模型的研究进展进行了综述。
With the rapid development of genetically modified crops, the safety of genetically modified foods has become the concern of the general public. The possibility of food allergy caused by genetically modified foods is one of the focuses of people’s attention. At present, animal models are used to evaluate the allergenicity of transgenic crops, which is a hot area in the field of research and development in the world. This review summarizes the research progress of allergenicity evaluation of rodent models in transgenic food.
