黑龙江是少数民族聚集地,是文化与民族的融合体。7月16日到20日,全国政协副主席、中央统战部副部长、国家民委主任王正伟带领国家民委调研组一行8人,到黑龙江就中央民族工作会议精神落实情况、少数民族地区全面建成小康社会情况及人口较少民族发展情况、兴边富民行动实施情况进行调研。
