目的探讨太极拳对空巢老人抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 2011年5—12月采用随机分组的方法将社区68例具有抑郁情绪的空巢老人分为观察组35例和对照组33例,观察组参加6个月的太极拳练习,对照组保持原来的生活方式不变。并于干预前、干预3个月及6个月时,分别用老年抑郁量表(the geriatric depression scale,GDS)、生活质量调查问卷(the 36-item short-form health survey,SF-36)对两组进行调查。结果观察组抑郁评分干预3个月为(20.91±3.63)分,干预6个月为(13.34±2.44)分,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组生活质量得分在不同时间比较差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论长期练习太极拳对改善空巢老人抑郁情绪和提高空巢老人生活质量有着积极作用。
Objective To explore the effect of shadowboxing on the depression and quality of life of empty nesters. Methods From May to December in 2011, 68 cases of depression in the community were divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (33 cases). The observation group participated in Taijiquan practice for 6 months and the control group kept the same The same way of life. Conclusion Long-term practice of Taijiquan has a positive effect on improving depression and improving the quality of life of empty-nesters.
