研究了含小孔铁磁平板单向拉伸时应力集中状况与漏磁场分布的关系。测量了在不同拉应力作用条件下漏磁场分布的规律。对漏磁场的分布关系、漏磁场坐标变化率的分布规律,与理论上应力、应力坐标变化率的分布关系进行了比较和分析,发现存在很有应用价值和理论价值的内在规律,可为铁磁试件应力集中程度的磁性方法检测提供借鉴作用。
The relationship between the stress concentration and the leakage magnetic field distribution under uniaxial tensioned ferromagnetic plate is studied. The law of leakage magnetic field distribution under different tensile stress was measured. The distribution of leakage magnetic field and the distribution law of magnetic leakage magnetic field coordinate change rate are compared and analyzed with the theoretical stress and stress coordinate change rate distribution. It is found that there is an inherent law of application value and theoretical value, Magnetic specimen stress concentration degree of magnetic detection method to provide reference.
