基于团队内部网络结构对高校科研团队内的书目共享进行研究,运用社会网络分析的方法,将科研团队内正式网络与融合了非正式人际关系网络的复杂网络对书目共享的效果进行对比分析,发现复杂网络能最大限度地代表实际环境中团队内部网络结构;进而,通过组织内部网络结构对组织内成员之间的图书馆书目借阅记录网络进行分析,能够得到更准确的描述团队内书目流通的网络和有效促进高校科研团队内书目共享的途径。
Based on the internal network structure of the team, this paper studies the bibliographic sharing within the university research team and uses the social network analysis method to compare the formal network in the research team with the complex network that integrates the informal network. The complex network can represent the network structure of the team in the actual environment as much as possible.
