目的了解功能未知的CGI-100基因在苦参碱诱导K562细胞分化和凋亡中的作用研究。方法利用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测苦参碱作用前后K562细胞中CGI-100基因的表达情况。结果在苦参碱作用K562细胞后CGI-100基因表达下调。结论不同浓度不同作用时间下苦参碱能使K562细胞中CGI-100基因表达下降。
Objective To investigate the role of the unknown CGI-100 gene in matrine-induced K562 cell differentiation and apoptosis. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of CGI-100 gene in K562 cells before and after matrine exposure. Results The expression of CGI-100 gene was down-regulated after K562 cells were treated with matrine. Conclusion Matrine can decrease the expression of CGI-100 gene in K562 cells at different concentrations and at different time.
