目的:提高对盆腔脂肪增多症的诊断准确率及治疗方案。方法:本文报道2例,根据临床体征,采用各种影象学来帮助确诊.结果:其中1例,术后愈合满意,肾功能改善明显,术后随访1年未再发生,无任何并发症,另1例仅作手术探查。结论:盆腔脂肪增多症是一种稀有的疾病,膀胱造影,B 超,CT 对其有诊断价值,当然,选择合适的手术方式十分重要。
Objective: To improve the diagnostic accuracy of pelvic fat disease and treatment options. Methods: Two cases were reported in this paper.All imaging studies were used to help confirm the diagnosis according to the clinical signs.Results: One case was cured satisfactorily after operation, the renal function improved obviously, and no recurrence occurred after one year of follow-up, without any complication , Another case only for surgical exploration. Conclusions: Pelvic fat disease is a rare disease. Bladder contrast, B-mode ultrasonography and CT can be used to diagnose it. Of course, it is very important to choose the appropriate surgical method.
