信息产业部近日透露,电话业务的实名制管理工作年内开展。这表明,信息产业部的“大棒”正式挥向了违法短信。据介绍,有关手机实名制的管理办法将于近期向社会公布。目前手机实名制的实施困难主要集中在几个方面,首先是如何确保老用户用实名重新登记,登记中用户信息真假如何核实也需要一个有效办法。同时,预定用户在小经销商处手机入网如果实行实名,对用户信息保密问题也亟待解决。
