目的：探讨眼病合并糖尿病的临床护理效果。方法58例我院眼病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组在给予常规护理措施，观察组给予综合护理干预，观察两组患者的术后并发症。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论常见眼病的手术操作的糖尿病患者术前及术后综合护理，能有效减少并发症，提高眼病合并糖尿病患者满意度，值得临床推广。“,”Objective To explore the clinical nursing ef ect of eye disease with diabetes mel itus. Methods 58 cases of our hospital eye disease patients complicated with diabetes mel itus as research object, randomly divided into for two groups. In the control group received conventional nursing, the observation group given comprehensive nursing intervention, two groups of patients with postoperative complications were observed.
