目的:对大叶醉鱼草的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶和聚酰胺柱色谱、大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从大叶醉鱼草地上部分分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:Cranio-side A(1)、Eutigoside A(2)、1-O-4-Dimethoxyphenylethyl-4-O-3,4-dimethoxyphenylethy-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、Isomar-tynoside(4)、4″-O-Acetylmartynoside(5)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Buddleja. Methods: Silica gel and polyamide column chromatography were used to separate and purify the macroporous resin. The structure was identified by modern spectroscopy. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from the leaves of Buddlejae and identified as Cranio-side A (1), Eutigoside A (2), 1-O-4-Dimethoxyphenylethyl-4-O-3,4- dimethoxyphenylethy-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), Isomar-tynoside (4), 4 "-O-Acetylmartynoside (5), stigmasterol-3-O- β -D- glucoside (6) 7), daucosterol (8) .Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
