党的十七大指出,科学发展观第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾。企业党组织工作以人为本,就是要通过党组织作用的有效发挥,促进企业稳健发展,增强企业的经济实力和市场竞争力,把投资者、经营者和广大职工的利益维护好、实现好。本文围绕企业党建工作以人为本的必要性、根本点、落脚点展开论述。
The 17th CPC National Congress pointed out: The first important point of the scientific concept of development is development. The core is people-oriented. The basic requirements are overall coordination and sustainability. The fundamental approach is to make overall plans for both. The principle of putting people first in the work of the party organizations in enterprises means giving effective play to the role of the party organizations, promoting the steady development of the enterprises, enhancing the economic strength and market competitiveness of the enterprises, and safeguarding the interests of investors, managers and the general staff and workers and achieving good results. This article focuses on the necessity of putting people first in the party construction work in enterprises and starts from the basic point and the end result.
