重症监护(ICU)综合征即重症监护综合征,又称重症监护精神障碍,重症监护谵妄,是指在重症监护过程中出现的一组临床综合症,以精神障碍为主要表现。随着医学的发展、医疗护理技术的提高及重症监护病房的日益普及,ICU综合征的发病率也明显增加。而目前ICU综合征在国际疾病分类(ICD-10)中并无明确编码,结合疾病分类统计编码原则及已掌握的文献资料对ICU综合征进行编码分析,确定将ICU综合征分类在F23.9,可以根据需要添加扩展码。
