目的:研究转筋草Pachysandra terminalis中的酚类化合物及其抗氧化活性。方法:综合运用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、HPLC制备色谱等多种色谱法分离纯化转筋草中的化学成分;采用NMR等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构;进一步通过DP-PH法评价各化合物的抗氧化活性。结果:从转筋草乙酸乙酯层中分离得到9个酚类化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲醛(1),香草醛(2),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙酮(3),丁香醛(4),水杨酸(5),对羟基苯甲酸(6),阿魏酸(7),2,3,4-三羟基苯甲酸(8),原儿茶酸(9)。抗氧化实验结果表明:化合物1~9均有较强的抗氧化活性,其中化合物7~9在50μmol.L-1时对DPPH自由基的清除能力分别为87.8%,97.8%和92.0%。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到;均具有较强的抗氧化活性。
Objective: To study the phenolic compounds in Pachysandra terminalis and its antioxidant activity. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel column, gel column chromatography and HPLC-preparative chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by NMR and other spectroscopic methods. The compounds were further evaluated by DP-PH method Antioxidant activity. Results: Nine phenolic compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of turnip grass. They were p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), vanillin (2), 3-methoxy- (4), salicylic acid (5), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), ferulic acid (7), 2,3,4-trihydroxybenzoic acid (8), protocatechuic acid . The results of antioxidant experiments showed that compounds 1 to 9 had strong antioxidant activities, and the DPPH scavenging activities of compounds 7 to 9 at 50μmol.L-1 were 87.8%, 97.8% and 92.0%, respectively. Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time. All of them have strong antioxidative activity.
