草土围堰混合结构是我国劳动人民长期与水作斗争的结晶之一。早在二千多年前,黄河宁夏灌区的秦渠、汉渠等灌溉工程就普遍应用。解放后,党和政府对这项宝贵的治水经验,给予很高的评价,并且自1956年起开始在较大型的水利工程中运用起来。目前,在激流汹涌的黄河上已经有三处大型的草土围堰,令人满意地工作着,日益突出地显示了它的许多优点。它不仅及时地解决了重大的工程问题,同时也揭示了我国人民在水利工程建设中的丰富经验和知识。这是党领导的胜利,也是党的方针政策的胜利。这篇文章把兰州自来水厂、青铜峡和盐锅峡水电站使用草土围堰的情况作了综合介绍,并且在理论上作了分析和提高。现发表在这里,以供设计和施工单位选用草土围堰时的参考,当然也有唤起同志们对该项宝贵经验的重视和进一步发掘提高的愿望。
Grass-soil cofferdam mixed structure is one of the crystallization of long-term struggle between our working people and water. As early as 2000 years ago, the irrigation works of Qinqu and Hanqu in the Yellow River Ningxia irrigation area were widely used. After the liberation, the party and government spoke highly of this valuable flood control experience and have been using it in larger water conservancy projects since 1956. At present, there are already three large grass-soil cofferdams on the raging Yellow River that work satisfactorily and increasingly highlight many of its advantages. It not only solved major engineering problems in a timely manner, but also revealed our people’s rich experience and knowledge in water conservancy projects. This is the party’s victory and the victory of the party’s principles and policies. This article made a comprehensive introduction to the use of grassland cofferdam for Lanzhou Waterworks, Qingtongxia and Yanxiaoxia Hydropower Plants, and analyzed and improved theoretically. Now published here for the design and construction unit selection of grassland cofferdam reference, of course, also evoke comrades attention to this valuable experience and further explore the desire to improve.
