目的观察肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中ErbB-3结合蛋白Ebp1的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测36例HCC组织和癌旁组织中的Ebp1蛋白。结果 HCC组织中Ebp1蛋白阳性20例(55.6%),癌旁组织中3例(8.3%);两者比较,P<0.01。HbsAg阳性者Ebp1蛋白阳性表达显著高于HbsAg阴性者(P<0.01)。结论 HCC组织中Ebp1蛋白表达上调;Ebp1在HCC发生发展中发挥重要作用,且其表达与HBV感染有关。
Objective To observe the expression of ErbB-3 binding protein Ebp1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and to explore its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect Ebp1 protein in 36 HCC tissues and adjacent tissues. Results The positive expression rate of Ebp1 protein in HCC tissues was 20 cases (55.6%) and 3 cases (8.3%) of paracancerous tissues, P <0.01. The positive expression of Ebp1 protein in HbsAg positive patients was significantly higher than that in HbsAg negative patients (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of Ebp1 protein in HCC tissues is up-regulated. Ebp1 plays an important role in the development of HCC. The expression of Ebp1 is associated with HBV infection.
