在规范而有序地发展继续医学教育的新形势下,加强继续医学教育师资队伍建设,提高成人继续医学教育知识水平,提高教学质量,是建立完善的继续医学教育体系,发展继续医学教育的首要条件。本文对江门中医药学校在开展成人医学继续教育中存在的问题,针对性地对加强继续医学教育师资队伍管理,规范继续医学教育的方法和手段等方面进行阐述。
Under the new situation of developing and continuing medical education in a regulated and orderly manner, strengthening the construction of contingent of teachers for continuing medical education, raising the knowledge level of continuing medical education for adults and improving the quality of teaching are the most important aspects of establishing a continuous system of continuing medical education and developing continuing medical education condition. This article expounds the problems existing in Jiangmen Traditional Chinese Medicine School in carrying out continuing medical education for adults and elaborates the ways to strengthen the management of continuing medical education teachers and standardize continuing medical education.
