内部市场化改革是电解铝企业管理由粗放型转向精细化的重要举措,是企业提高效率、降低成本应对市场竞争的必然选择。电解铝生产过程复杂、涉及人员众多,实行精细化管理必需依靠信息系统来处理大量关系复杂的数据和信息。本文主要介绍内部市场化管理信息系统的基本功能及其在电解铝企业改革中的作用。
Internal market-oriented reform is the electrolytic aluminum business management from extensive change to an important measure of refinement, improve the efficiency of enterprises, reduce costs to cope with market competition, the inevitable choice. Electrolytic aluminum production process is complex and involves many personnel, the implementation of refined management must rely on information systems to deal with a large number of complex relationships with data and information. This article mainly introduces the basic functions of the internal marketization management information system and its role in the reform of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
