战国著名思想家管子曾说:“心安则国安,心治则国治”。只有内心保持清静和谐,才能不为名利所绊。否则,私心杂念太多,内心就会失衡,思想和行为就会出问题,不正之风和腐败问题莫不来源于此。因此,常怀敬畏之心,常怀感恩之情,常修自省之德,是领导干部构建和谐心灵的必修课。敬畏是一种品质,一种情操,是修身的境界。常怀敬畏之心,才能有所禁、有所止,才能有所为、有所不为。敬畏法纪,牢固树立规则意识。法纪是自由之界,对法律的敬畏就是对规则的尊重,只有尊重规则,才能不越界、不乱序、不枉法。敬畏权力,履行好自己的职责。领导干部切不能以为自己身份比别人尊贵,地位比别人高贵,事情比别人重要,要牢记自己的公仆身份。敬畏百姓,把群众利益
