本文观察了电离辐射后小鼠空肠隐窝中DNA合成细胞数、肠上皮细胞总数、蔗糖酶活性和D-葡萄糖吸收率的变化,以了解照射后小肠上皮细胞群和消化吸收功能损伤和恢复的规律及相互关系。结果表明:小鼠经~(60)Coγ-射线不同剂量照射后,除了DNA合成细胞在7~9 GY照射后第3天出现明显超常反应外,上皮细胞总数,蔗糖酶活性和葡萄糖吸收率的改变均与剂量呈负相关。10GY照射后,DNA合成细胞在照射后12小时,上皮细胞总数在照射后第2天,蔗糖酶活性和葡萄糖吸收率在照射后第3天降至最低值。在恢复期除了DNA合成细胞在照射后第3天回升外,其他观察指标均在照射后第4天开始回升。照射后第5天上皮细胞总数和DNA合成细胞数已恢复或超过正常水平,而酶的活性和糖的吸收率直至照射后第11天仍低于正常。说明在照射后一定时间内,新生的肠上皮细胞功能是不完善的。本文对照射后肠上皮细胞总数和葡萄糖吸收率变化关系进行了讨论。
In this paper, the changes of DNA synthesis, total intestinal epithelial cells, sucrase activity and D-glucose uptake in jejunum crypt of mice after ionizing radiation were observed to understand the damage and recovery of intestinal epithelial cell population and digestion and absorption function after irradiation Laws and relationships. On day 5 after irradiation, the total number of epithelial cells and the number of DNA-synthesizing cells had recovered or exceeded the normal level, while the activity of the enzyme and the absorption rate of the sugar remained below normal on the 11th day after irradiation. Explain that within a certain period of time after irradiation, newborn intestinal epithelial cells function is imperfect. This article discusses the relationship between the total number of irradiated gut epithelium and changes in glucose uptake.
