我院自1984年元月～1986年6月采用体外反搏治疗40例脑血栓后遗症病人,疗效满意,报告如下。 临床资料 男32例,女8例,年龄44～69岁,以50～69岁为多(31例)。均经神经专科医师确诊,并在急性期均经降粘、扩血管、溶血栓、脱水等治疗后,留有不同程度的后遗症,其中上肢瘫痪40例,生活不能自理24例。病程半年以下者29例,6个月～1年5例,1～2年2例,2～3年2例,4年1例,5年1例。
Our hospital from January 1984 to June 1986 by external counterpulsation in the treatment of 40 cases of cerebral thrombosis sequelae, the curative effect is satisfactory, the report is as follows. Clinical data of 32 males and 8 females, aged 44 to 69 years, 50 to 69 years old (31 cases). All of them were diagnosed by the neurosurgeons and remained in varying degrees of sequelae in the acute stage after being treated with viscosimetry, vasodilation, thrombolysis and dehydration. Among them, 40 cases were paralyzed by the upper limbs and 24 cases were unable to take care of themselves. 29 cases were less than half a year, 5 cases were 6 months to 1 year, 2 cases were 1 to 2 years, 2 cases were 2 to 3 years, 1 case was 4 years and 1 case was 5 years.
