一、前言异位妊娠中之输卵管妊娠破裂及流产为妇产科常见疾病之一。如诊断和治疗不及时对患者危害很大,重者因内出血较多,挽救失机造成死亡者有之。历来西医对此症治疗方法以手术为主虽然治疗,但患者遭受手术痛苦,且术后常有遗留盆腔内残端以致不适、疼痛等后遗症。为了减轻患者痛苦,早日研究出一整套治疗宫外妊不用开刀手术的有效疗法,攀登科学顶峰。自58年12月,山西医学院一附属医院妇产科与山西省中医研究所共同协作,开始了此项研究工作。到目前为止,通过30例患者的治疗,初步观察到中西医结合,药物治疗宫外妊,有着十分显著的疗效,很可能是今后冶疗宫外妊的方向。为了及时与兄弟单位交流经验,将30例患者的疗效观察情况作一简略的介绍,仅供参考。
I. Introduction Ectopic pregnancy in tubal pregnancy rupture and abortion is one of the common diseases of obstetrics and gynecology. Historically, Western medicine treatment of this disease to surgery, although the main treatment, but patients suffering from surgery, and often left after pelvic residual stool discomfort, pain and other complications. In order to alleviate the suffering of patients, a set of effective treatments to treat ectopic pregnancy without surgery was soon developed to climb the scientific summit. Since December 58, a subsidiary of Shanxi Medical College Obstetrics and Gynecology and Shanxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine work together to start this research. So far, through the treatment of 30 patients, preliminary observation of Integrative Medicine, drug treatment of ectopic pregnancy, has a very significant effect, is likely to be the future direction of the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
