在经济体制改革过程中,股份制已成为一个引人注目的经济组织形式.对此,经济学界和实际工作部门的工作者在认识上尚还不能统一.本文就一些具有代表性的观点和理论问题谈一点个人看法. (一) 某些同志认为全民所有制是不宜实行股份制的,只能在所有权与经营权的适当分离上做文章,主要是实行租赁制、承包制或资产经营责任制.我认为,就眼前而言,在全民所有制全面实行股份制的条件(市场及宏观调节机制等)显然还未成熟,改革的重点当然可以放在租赁制、承包制或资产经营责任制上,但从发展趋势
In the process of economic system reform, the joint-stock system has become a compelling form of economic organization. In this regard, the workers of the economics circle and the actual working sector are still unable to be unified in the understanding. This paper has some representative views and theoretical issues.
