邮政企业作为经济社会中的竞争和发展主体,从其赖以生存和相互作用的生态环境来看,有三个最活跃的、相互作用最为明显的要素,即企业本身、企业内部的员工以及企业外部的社会环境。相应地,企业价值、员工价值和企业的社会价值,构成了企业的生态价值链,这三者的相互作用和影响决定着企业的发展成效。那么,企业科学的发展模式,应该是能够实现企业价值、员工价值和社会价值的和谐共进的发展模式。
