To build the Chinese Communist Party into a Marxist learning-type political party was explicitly put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee. One of our major and pressing strategic tasks is to face the rapidly changing world and better realize the great history of the party Mission and make major decisions.
