Due to the rigid constraints of scarcity of ideas, the content of the ideology contained in too many international conferences has been rapidly diluted, leading to a serious devaluation of the value of international conferences. Such devaluation is the inevitable result of the absence of thought and scarcity. Recently, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly issued the “Notice on Strictly Controlling China to Hold International Conferences”, further standardizing and strengthening the control of international conferences held in China. Studying this notice carefully can send interesting questions that deserve further thought.
