工艺矿物学科技情报网(简称工艺矿物网)成立会议于l984年8月12～14日在北京号开。它是在中国选矿科技情报网领导下,由冶金、地质、煤炭、化工、建材、和核工业等有关单位参加的全国性跨部门组织的专业情报网。其任务是团结广大工艺矿物学工作者,促进工艺矿物学研究成果与测试技术情报的交流、推动工艺矿物学之发展。专业网下设技术委员会,会上推选出了主任委员赵涌泉。副主任委员程希翱、田福纯、葛书华、柯家骏。秘书长汤集刚,技术委员会由19名委员组成,委员(按姓氏笔划)是:丁力南、王瑞琪、田初纯、许志华、邢永清、汤集刚、孙承新、吴峰、张颖、邱允赞、陈祖荫、陈汝翼、周国华、赵涌泉;柯家骏、莫如君、葛书华、程希翱、谭荣森。确定了
