照射后,大鼠的食量减少,体重减轻,但照射动物的体重下降程度较对饲动物为重。在照射后第1天与第4天,照射动物的尿氮排出量增加,氮平衡为负值,而且其负平衡数大于对饲动物。 成年雄性狗,经γ射线照射后,尿中总氮、脲氪与氨基氮排出量增加。摄取高蛋白、中等蛋白和低蛋白的三种饲料的狗,在照射前氮平衡虽有所不同,但均属正常,照射后摄取低蛋白饲料的狗出现负氮平衡,而摄取中等蛋白与高蛋白饲料的狗一般仍略呈正氮平衡。
After irradiation, rats reduced appetite, weight loss, but the irradiated animals decreased body weight more than the forage animals. On the 1st day and the 4th day after irradiation, the urinary nitrogen excretion of the irradiated animals increased, the nitrogen balance was negative, and the negative balance number was higher than that of the forage animals. Adult male dogs, after γ-ray irradiation, urinary total nitrogen, urea krypton and amino nitrogen emissions increased. The intake of high protein, medium protein and low protein three kinds of dogs, nitrogen balance before irradiation were different, but are normal, the intake of low protein diet after exposure to negative nitrogen balance in dogs, and intake of medium protein and high Protein-fed dogs are generally still slightly positive nitrogen balance.
