城镇化对金融杠杆的动态影响探析

摘要：文章通过对124个国家1983年-2012年的面板数据进行实证分析，结果发现，城镇化和金融杠杆之间呈现出显著的倒U型关系，即随着城镇化率的上升，金融杠杆水平会先上升后下降。具体而言，当城镇化率达到56%～63%时，私人部门信贷/GDP可能出现拐点;当城镇化率达到60%～63%时，M2/GDP可能出现拐点。文章根据最近5年中国城镇化率的年均增速推算，预计中国的金融杠杆水平很可能在2019年-2
