高职院校校内生产性实训基地的建设是培养高素质技能型人才的重要基础支撑条件,它直接关系到高职院校培养创新型人才质量的关键。现以江苏农牧科技职业学院省级实训基地食品加工实训中心使用为例,采取项目教学法、“校企合作”、“学生创业”等教学方式,通过实训项目调动学生创新积极性,使学生能够在实践中动手学习,将所学到的理论与实践相结合,做到教中学、学中做,在实践过程中提高自己的动手能力。在这些教学方法及教学模式下,学生能够将课本上的理论知识通过实训项目运用到实际中并转化为成果。这种模式有益于学生获得创新思维的能力并能够激发学生的学习主动性。
The construction of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is an important basic supporting condition for training high-quality skilled personnel, which is directly related to the key to cultivating the quality of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
