本文研究了三尖杉酯碱对珠蛋白的合成、合成珠蛋白肽链的完整性及肽酰—嘌呤霉素结合反应的影响。观察到:在该药作用下,珠蛋白的合成在延迟了几分钟后才开始受到抑制;所合成的珠蛋白有完整肽链;肽酰—嘌岭霉素结合物的形成不受抑制。这些结果表明,三尖杉酯碱的作用环节可确定在第一个肽键形成之前(包括该环节),这为进一步研究打下了基础。
In this paper, the synthesis of globin, the integrity of synthetic globin chain and the effect of peptidyl-puromycin conjugation were investigated. It was observed that the synthesis of globin began to be inhibited after a few minutes of delay under the action of this drug; the synthesized globin had a complete peptide chain; and the formation of peptidyl-puromycin conjugate was not inhibited. These results indicate that the action of harringtonine can be identified in the first peptide bond formation (including the link), which laid the foundation for further research.
