通过比较不同退火温度下冷硬板的硬度变化,并结合金相组织检验,测定了St37-2G冷轧板的再结晶温度。结果表明:金相组织检验结果与试样硬度检验结果相吻合,硬度检验测定的再结晶温度具有一定的准确性。测得试验用St37-2G结构用冷轧板的再结晶温度约为630℃。
The recrystallization temperature of St37-2G cold-rolled sheet was measured by comparing the hardness change of cold hard plate with different annealing temperature and combining with microstructure test. The results show that the microstructure test results are in good agreement with the test results and the recrystallization temperature measured by hardness test has a certain accuracy. The recrystallization temperature of the test cold rolled plate for St37-2G structure was about 630 ° C.
