一、岗位管理的原则 1、主体明确原则。岗位管理的主体是企业,个人只是企业所设置岗位的一个“应聘者”,不存在那个岗位属于某人,企业要解决因人设岗问题。 2、公平竞争原则。企业根据需要设置岗位,并公之于众,个人根据自身情况,公平竞争。 3、标准规范原则。岗位管理是以规范化为特征的,任何标准包括考核方法的制定都不应是随意的、非规范化的。 4、全面细致原则。企业的岗位设
