目的了解某企业~(192)Ir射线探伤机运输、野外探伤作业及存储操作时的周围环境辐射水平,分析探伤活动的安全性。方法根据γ射线探伤活动辐射特征,参照相关标准,使用FD3013B型智能化X-γ辐射仪对该企业探伤活动三个环节开展探伤机周围空气比释动能率监测。结果运输车辆周围监测结果为0.05~24.79μGy/h,探伤作业时周围监测结果为0.05~0.27μGy/h,暂存库外表面最大值为0.99μGy/h。结论该企业探伤活动三个操作环节均符合国家标准要求,并提出了相关的防护管理建议。
Objective To understand the radiation level of the surrounding environment during the transportation, field testing and storage of a ~ (192) Ir-ray flaw detector in an enterprise and analyze the safety of flaw detection activities. Methods Based on the radiation characteristics of γ-ray flaw detection, reference was made to the relevant standards, and the air energy kerma rate around the flaw detection was monitored using the FD3013B intelligent X-γ radiometer. Results The results of the monitoring around the transport vehicles ranged from 0.05 to 24.79μGy / h. The monitoring results during the inspection were 0.05-0.27μGy / h and the maximum value of the outer surface of the temporary storage was 0.99μGy / h. Conclusion The three operational aspects of the flaw detection activities of the enterprise meet the requirements of national standards and put forward relevant protection and management proposals.
