岁末忆逝,岁首迎春。 1993年多么令人难以忘怀!国有农业经济以共特有的精神风貌,奋起迎接连续自然灾害、经济体制转轨、资金极度紧张三大挑战,在躁动中度过了挑战与机遇并存,改革与发展并进的一年,实现了政治稳定、社会安定和经济发展的基本目标,向社会主义市场经济迈出了坚实的一步。本刊作为我省唯一的一家研究探索国有农业经济发展的软科学杂志,过去一年里在广大读者、作者的关心和支持下,为国有农业经济的发展竭尽绵力,小有成绩。在此,我们编辑部全体成员向广大读者、作者表示衷心的感谢和真诚的祝福!
Farewell at the end of the year, the first spring. How unforgettable in 1993! The state-owned agricultural economy has taken up the three major challenges of continuous natural disasters, the transition of economic system and the extremely tight financial resources in a unique spirit. In the agitation, the challenges and opportunities coexist and the reform and development go hand in hand. Year, has achieved the basic goal of political stability, social stability and economic development and taken a solid step toward the socialist market economy. As the only soft science magazine in our province to study and explore the development of state-owned agricultural economy, the magazine has made every effort to achieve the development of state-owned agricultural economy with little success in the past year with the concern and support of readers and authors.
