1 临床资料15例患者年龄 3～ 14岁 ,男 9例 ,女 6例 ;平均年龄 7.8岁 ,并发颅内串球状血肿 2例。 9例金属异物为铁质 ,6例为铅粒。其中 5例患儿在其后复查Ｘ线片及ＣＴ扫描发现异物在颅内有移位。治疗方法 :采用非手术治疗 7例。行立体定向指引下或在Ｘ线指导下近距离开颅手术
1 Clinical data 15 patients aged 3 to 14 years, 9 males and 6 females; mean age 7.8 years, complicated by intracranial series of spherical hematoma in 2 cases. Nine cases of metallic foreign bodies were iron and six cases of lead. Among them, 5 cases were found with foreign body displacement in the skull after X-ray examination and CT scan. Treatment: Non-surgical treatment of 7 cases. Under stereotactic guidance or under the direction of X-ray craniotomy
