North China Aluminum Processing Plant is a large state-owned modern aluminum processing plant jointly invested by China Nonferrous Metal Industry Corporation, Hebei Metallurgical Department and China International Trust and Investment Corporation. Ground breaking started in 1978 and started production on June 30, 1979 (now a large-scale state-owned enterprise. In 1992, it was rated as one of the top 100 industrial enterprises in Hebei Province and ranked tenth in the comprehensive economic evaluation of the non-ferrous metals industry in the country.)
