由我院冶金机械教研室承担的、国家七·五重点科技攻关项目的四级子课题“热轧机轴承的载荷谱分析”,于1990年5月5日~7日在三级子课题的负责单位洛阳轴承厂的主持下通过鉴定。该项研究揭示了轧机轴承载荷谱的特征,找出了四辊轧机工作辊四列圆锥滚柱轴承失效的主要原因,提出了改进该类轴承设计的具体建议,并对所采集的轧机轴承载荷谱和轴承座振动信号进行了时域、频域、幅域等各域信息分析,为乳机轴承的计算机设计与试验研究提
Metallurgical Machinery Teaching and Research Office of our hospital commitment, the national five-point key scientific and technological project four sub-topics “hot-rolled bearing load spectrum analysis”, in May 5, 1990 to 7 in the three sub-topics responsible Unit under the auspices of Luoyang Bearing Factory passed the appraisal.
