通过在氯氧镁水泥中添加NaHCO_3以改善其耐水性。同时加入木(竹)粉来增强氯氧镁水泥的力学性能,并测试水化放热、抗折强度等相关性能。结果表明:NaHCO_3的加入延缓了水泥的水化进程,降低了水化放热总量和抗折强度,且添加量越大,这种抑制效果越明显。同时添加氧化镁质量的5%竹粉和3%NaHCO_3时,氯氧镁水泥的抗折强度以及耐水性为最好。
The water resistance is improved by adding NaHCO 3 to the magnesium oxychloride cement. At the same time adding wood (bamboo) powder to enhance the mechanical properties of magnesium oxychloride cement, and test hydration exotherm, flexural strength and other related properties. The results showed that the addition of NaHCO 3 retarded the hydration process of cement, reduced the total hydration heat and the flexural strength, and the greater the addition, the more obvious the inhibition effect. At the same time adding magnesia quality 5% bamboo powder and 3% NaHCO_3, magnesium oxychloride cement flexural strength and water resistance as the best.
