文献记载腹腔镜子宫肌瘤摘除术(LM)术前应用GnRH衍生物醋酸亮二肽(leuprolide acetate,LA)对患者各有利弊。为评价LM术前使用LA的疗效和分析肌瘤超声检查参数对预后的价值,对1994年9月～1996年7月经筛选符合规定标准的67例有症状的子宫壁间肌瘤行LM的患者作前瞻性随机分组研究。A组35例为LA+LM。方法是每例患者
The literature shows that the use of GnRH derivative leuprolide acetate (LA) before laparoscopic myomectomy (LM) has advantages and disadvantages for patients.
