为深入贯彻《中华人民共和国合同法》,引导和推动企业加强合同管理,恪守合同信誉,维护市场经济秩序,近几年来,我省广泛开展了“重合同守信用”活动,取得了明显成效。一大批企业通过参加“重合同守信用”活动,建立健全了合同管理规章制度,规范了合同行为,增强了市场竞争能力,提高了经济效益和社会效益,为全省经济发展作出了贡献。经各地推荐,省工商局考核,省人民政府决定,授予三环集团公司等50家企业为1998-1999年度“湖北省重合同守信用企业”称号(名单附后)。希望获得荣誉称号的企业,发扬成绩,再接再厉。全省广大企业要以“湖北省重合同守信用企业”为榜样,依法经营,诚实守约,以信誉促发展,为全省经济持续、稳定、健康发展作出新的贡献。
