本文对素质理论在临床医师管理中的应用进行了探讨,阐述了基于素质的人力资源管理与传统人力资源管理的区别,以及基于素质的人力资源管理的优势。特别对基于素质的临床医师工作分析、甄选、培训开发、绩效评估方面进行了详细分析,提出运用素质来进行医院人力资源管理的方法。
This article discusses the application of quality theory in the management of clinical physicians, and elaborates the differences between human resources management based on quality and traditional human resources management, and the advantages of human resources management based on quality. In particular, it conducts a detailed analysis of the quality-based clinicians’ work analysis, selection, training and development, and performance evaluation, and proposes ways to apply the quality to hospital human resources management.
