熊某,30岁,工人,G_1Po,停经8月余,无痛性阴道出血1小时,于1995年4月27日1Am入院。IMP1994年8月16日,EDC1995年5月23日,停经40天感恶心呕吐等早孕反应,停经50天时阴道出现少量暗红色分泌物,持续一周。未治而愈。停经4月感胎动,孕期产前检查8次无异常,1小时前出现无痛性阴道流血约100ml,色鲜红。过去史无特殊。
